Dear Isha,
Just go through this. And if any further query, ask without hesitation.
For Staff, select Behavioral Training topics like Good Customer Service and Time Management (Marketing Dept mainly), Stress Management, Team Building etc which will be very useful to them.
Under Systems Training, cover Fire Fighting, First Aid, ISO, House Keeping and Safety at work.
At the end of each excel sheet, I've written the procedures that I follow to get the training needs of workers.
This is made by me and I am using this only as it is easy to follow. If anyone has any other format, Kindly post it and help Isha.
