In my organizaion there are three types of consultants are there 1. Full Time 2. Retain Consultants 3. On Call basis We are giving leave to full time consultants and my query is consultants are applicable for leave encashment? Please advice Regards Ravi Kumar

If consultants are on your roll as salaried officers, they are eligible for leave encashment and if not on roll, then they shall not be your employees and as such not eligible for leave and leave encashment. Regards, Madhu.T.K
