Its nothing but an old PJ (poor joke) presented in unreadable hindi fonts.
I wish one should give a thought before posting.
Can you tell me a SINGLE use of this ppt ??
Such old jokes elicit nothing but anger and frustration.

' .....and he will need Someone who understands."
Yes very true, How many times we have lost our cool because we never understood the other person,
In future we must remember, that all are not perfect. No one wants to do a bad job, maybe the person failed because he misunderstood or misread your thoughts, So next time try to explain in a manner he understands and give him positive signs to make him feel that his work is appreciated. Empathy ppt beautifully put forward.
Thanks for sharing

Hi nishumoni
Thanks for the corrective action taken.
Don't feel disheartened with my comments. Its just that I like to call a spade a spade.
Next time please post something new or unknown (relatively), which makes one brighten up (the eureka moments), has a good relevant message and which the reader can use in a work-related occasion like a training session, official get-together etc.

No question of getting disheartened dear! Suggestions are always welcome. Vaise I removed the post not because it was a PJ but because of the unreadable Hindi fonts!
Check out one of my previous post ARDF.attitude.You will find a lot of “Eureka Moments” in that!
