Pls give me a format in excel where automatically salary monthly basis & salary per day basis with overtime can be calculated. also explain me how to calculate basic rate of monthly salaried person whether his basic da will be calculated and then divide by 30.
Pf caculation if any loss of pay
Hi all i wanted to know if any employee has a basic salary of rs 6800 and he has a loss of pay for 5 days then his basic would reduced to 5666 then i would like to know how pf is calculated will it calculate on the original basic or reduced basic?? can anyone explain. regards janhavi
Problem in pay calculation
Hi hr s recently i came across a problem in another concern in calculation of salary to the employees as it is smaller one the hr person is calculating the salary based on the working days previous month has 31 days n he did a mistake while doing he calculated for 21 days instead of 22 days for a new employee. they dont have specific basic pay format consolidated type of salary is given and the employee found this one i dont know what happened after regarding this i want ur views ideas and suggestions how can v calculate wen ther is no basic pay format regards ram

Please explain as to what basic can be kept for gross salary of 1lac p/m. also is their any rule of basic as per pf act. in general we keep 50 of gross as basic. but is it viable to keep 15k basic for salary of 1 lac. please explain the basic rules as per pf act or other related rules & regulations.

Hi everyone need help in this case the company i work equalize notice period pay with basic pay which means if someone does not has to serve the notice period then he/she has to pay the amount in lieu of notice period which will be equal to basic pay component of salary breakup and vice versa. is this fixed that it should be equal to basic pay or it varies from company to company? as i have seen some organizations deducting the amount on their gross salary or net salary/take home. what exactly constitutes the basic pay the basic pay component of salary breakup or net pay gross considers as basic pay of an employee? it will be really helpful if someone can provide useful insights on this. thanks :
