Yes there is a option on the PF web site but i doubt that it is fully funvtioning. It is under construction, due to thatmight be it will not reflect the correct exact amount. In this what you can do is you can check it with your last employer. FOr withdrawal you have to submite the form no 10C and 19 to your previous employee and they will process it further. it takes 45 days to settelment (from the date of submission to RPFC).
