Dear All

I have resigned from my previous comany with 8 days notice though the notice period is of 6o days presuming that 52 days salary will be deducted. I have 116 EL which company is supposed to pay me

But in my Full n Final Settlment

They have deducted full salary for 52 days & They are giving only basic agaisnt EL 116 DAYS

although i have requested them following

1 ) Either deduct notice period from EL & pay me balance days

like EL (116 ) - Notice Period ( 52 Days ) = 64 days salary


Deduct only basic against the notice period

Differance of amount is approx 1.0 lakh

please advice



Its not a good condut by the HR Dept. but i guessu have not much option to look at except to let them know that u are wiling for a legal action.
