Sanjeev,
I did not see any new economy roles for the HR Folks. For Eg. HR today is also seen as a Business Partner. The Management and Manager look towards HR for providing and helping them take decision.
Old economy HR Folks were administrator of Employee Data, implementing policies etc.
I would like to hear from you and other gurus on this forum to share how as an HR Practitioner(s) we are adding more than just being the conventional Admin and policy enforcers.
