Problems are not for any particular genders. It depends on the attitude of the worker, either it is male or female.

There are men and women who don't face any problems. And there are men and women who face problems. What I feel is that there are many constraints to be considered regarding problems, like

1. Nature of the problems.
2. Whether men only or women only facing problems work place in one particular company?
3. Reasons for the problems. (reasons vary company to company. Men domination on women or reversal or work pressure etc.)

On the whole problems are in every single company, but its not that men or women oriented.

In India the females face a double edged problem.

At office they need to work and acheive double hard to prove that they are worthy of thier position

And at home they need to do double the effort to prove that their career is not hampering thier family in any way.

When traveling inbetween they have to bear the sneers and harrasments.
