Dear Vicki,

I was looking for a bussiness games to be incorporated in a 2 day ADC. would you be able to suggest some games... the audience is Middle to senior management. Purpose – Promotions.
The key competencies we are looking at include initiative and drive, customer focus, tolerance to ambiguity and decision making. Also interpersonal skills.
