A) Can I have a loan from EPF in non-pay basis? what is the procedure?
B) How may times i can have the Loan from EPF ( after 7 years completion under same PF A/C) and what is the duration for that?
B) Can I have a loan from EPF, If I want to Re-pay the amount in instalment? How much amount ? Interest Rate?

dear
you can take advance from PF account after completion of five years of service.but is given for certain reasons like self marriage,daughters marrriage,house purchase or construction of house etc.
it is not to be repaid.

First of all verify what kind of loan u want.PF Loan details as as follows
Para:68B - Loan for Purchase of dwelling house/flat -
The member has to complet 5 yrs membership of the fund
para:68BB withdrawal from the fund for repayment of loans in special case
The member has to complet 10 years membership of the fund
para:68K Advance from the fund for Marriage (Own,daughter or son,sister or brother)
or for post matriculation education
The member has to complect 7 years membership of the fund
Refere the PF Act book for further detils
