Hi All,

I need to draft an Employment Bond for one of our employee. She is a Graphic Designer and the organization is spending Rs. 50,000 (Rs. Fifty Thousand) on her training. We want that she should sign atleast one year of employment bond with us.

Can anyone please share a sample bond with me? Itís urgent.

In case of such employement bonds, what is the liability of the employer? That is, if the employer wants to terminate the employee, is there some liability? Or is some notice period given, like we say, three months notice or three months' pay in lieu of notice period. I'm confused.

I am new to this forum, and while browsing through i chanced to see the agreement form you had attached. it was worthwhile.

you see, I have a different problem, if you can suggesst something. my company is small, and cannot ensure trg and development, though we try our level best. can we still go in for an employee bond? if so, what would be the nature of the bond?

looking for an answer in earnest.
