Hi Jaya, Even Our company is Planning for a Bond System. Can you please attach a sample Bond document and send it to my mail gmamatha82@gmail.com. Regards, Mamatha

In case of such employement bonds, what is the liability of the employer? That is, if the employer wants to terminate the employee, is there some liability? Or is some notice period given, like we say, three months notice or three months' pay in lieu of notice period. I'm confused.

Hi Paulraj
I am new to this forum, and while browsing through i chanced to see the agreement form you had attached. it was worthwhile.

you see, I have a different problem, if you can suggesst something. my company is small, and cannot ensure trg and development, though we try our level best. can we still go in for an employee bond? if so, what would be the nature of the bond?

looking for an answer in earnest.

Hello Friends,

I am looking forward to document and formulate an Employment Bond for our employees on whom we incurr consistent costs on training and development.

I would sincerely appreciate if any of you could share the specs of the sample format of such employment bonds with me.

You can email me on

Looking forward for an earnest response,
