Sales Salary Negotiation

I have been come across no. of your writups salary Compensations. it was very nice to understand the salary hidden things that i never knew here before, and thank you all very much
for this great job. apart from this i need your help to renegotiate my compensation package and details as below.

I am working in a Heavy Engineering CNC machine supplier company in MUMBAI the Financial capitol of India as my company head office is in Bangalore and manufactruting facility is in Japan. I am beeing in this job from last 18 month and starting package given. 240,000/ Indian rupees, means monthly 20,000/- per month. I am handling very big geografical area called western market( MAharashtra and Gujrat proviance) single handedly.
later on they have inceased the salary by 2000/- INR per month after three months, and it comes to 264,000/-INR.
the details of salary BAsic+HRA+Special allowance here also i need to understand that what will be the other structure to consider for getting Tax Benifit in salary as my total salary is taxable.
Now in mumbai i am working as a resident sales Engineer and operating from my House, as becouse of this company using my house as a Mumbai Office and not giving me any benifiet out of that as i have paid around 60 thousand rupees for my housing rate. even as a responsible employee i never ask my employer to give me becouse of recession and things like that.
I need your help to understand how i have to ask them to give me very good compansasion package and pay my housing rent axcept salary. Even whtatever business i have generated out of that they have not given me any Incentive and or commision during my tenure.
Can you suggets me something to renegotiate my salary package will generate good wealth for my family.Waiting for your kind reply.
