We are immensly pleasured to enclose the Job Description Position: Product Development Manager Experience Required: 8– 15 yrs Qualification: B.E/M.E/M.C.A/B.Tech Minimum of 8years of experience as Application/Software Architect with proven record of managing end to end program deliveries from both technical and delivery perspective. Role and Responsibilities - Excellent understanding of Technology and Product/Project Life Cycle management.(Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
- Work with executives in IT, Engineering, and QA to plan internal product upgrades and IT Releases, oversee and manage the activities of all the organizations that contribute to the product upgrade process.
- Demonstrated strong capabilities in communicating and presenting domain and technical concepts at all levels of the organization.
- Should be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, seeking guidance where necessary to ensure work is completed to the necessary standard - actively reporting on a regular basis to appropriate authorities & Management.
- Should be able to manage a large team and provide Leadership to the team.
- Organize review meetings with the teams.
- Maintain formal Change Management in every aspect of the Project.
- Regular maintenance of Project artefacts – Plans, Designs, Minutes, reports etc.
- Effective management of project metrics such as effort, schedule, product and process quality etc.
- Effective utilization of resources…
- Manage Deliveries for every aspect of the project from Initiation to Completion.
- Manage multiple projects within a programme; these projects could typically be of varying size & complexity & could have different phases, time lines.
- Should be able to manage all relationships (with Clients, team and internal groups) to maximize delivery to quality and agreed time lines; and within the agreed budgets.
- Regular follow up on deliveries & performances.
- Maintain adequate Customer relationship for deliveries.
- Management of an IT Service Delivery team and will be responsible for career development and appraisals.
Skills / Attributes Required - Candidate should be from a Product Company

Position: Sr. PHP Developer / Team Lead Experience Required: 6– 11 yrs Qualification: B.E/M.E/M.C.A/B.Tech Skills Required: - Hard core programming experience in PHP for minimum 5 years
- Stong Experience in LAMP and MySQL.

- Exposure to Version control, Issue tracking, IDE tools
- Project experience in developing Enterprise grade applications using PHP
- Familiar with OOPS concept
- Exposure to Open source tools.
