| XLRI or Symbiosis ? Help Urgent ! Hi, I have 2.5 years of exp in the field of HR [ Recruitment and General HR]. I have done my Bachelors in Comp. Science in 2004 and MBA - HR in 2006 from Pune University. I'm looking forward to enhance my skills plus acquire a better job in the market and so wish to pursue a distance learning degree in HR. I've been searching through the website and came out with two options : XLRI and Symbiosis Distance Learning. I'm very much confused as what to exactly opt for? Should I go for XLRI's PGCHRM satellite Program or Symbiosis's PGDHRM distance learning programme. Plus there's a huge difference between both the fees structure. Kindly suggest which one to go for which will enhance my skills, career as well as will be worth the money!
Awaiting a quick reply as the last date of submission in both the institutes is nearing to close!
