Please try to understand the interviews... No question is repeated to different people. The questions are depending upon your resume, your education and your quality of speaking and your basic physical presentation. The initial questions mostly to test your capability in facing the interview, in getting your attitude, in your real interest to get the job! If your resume is different from others, if your education is different from others, if your manners is different from others, if your talking is different from other - the interview IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS. I tell you one thing. My daughter asked me to prepare a resume for her. I did it. Just looking at it she was feeling bad as it was in just single page. I said you are just graduate. That is enough. What about other details - like hobby etc. she asked. I said let him ask so you can coolly answer him by showing your command on English. The she asked me to write objective. I just wrote one line: I am just completed my graduation and awaiting my results. I am yet to form my own objective. She told me that HR Manager will ask her to get out. I said no! He will ask you about this unique objective and be prepared to reply. she got the job
