Meetu i was suffering from Acidity and gastric problem for the past 4years and with the help of my aunty i got the best medicine ever and now for the past 6months i cannot experience any sort of acidity or gastric problems.

Health Tip : Before going to sleep soak few Tulsi leaves in water. Early morning just wash ur mouth with fresh water(Dont brush) and then remove these tulsi leaves and drink tat water.....If u want more concentrated, add few more tulsi leaves......Continue this for 1month, then no acidity no gastric problem no food restriction no side effects.......:icon1::icon1::icon1:

Hi, nice thread....

Here are some tried and tested nuskas for Silky & Shiny hair...

1) Take half a lemon, squeeze its juice into 1 mug of water.... Use this water as the last rinse after shampooing your hair. Your hair will end up shiny and smooth. You can use a whole lemon if you have really thick long hair...

2) Grate/grind an onion and squeeze out its juice. Mix 1-2 spoons or water to this juice. Apply the juice on your hair for 15-20 minutes and then shampoo. Your hair will end up smooth and shiny. The smell of onion will remain a bit though :(
