I want to know how to make a salary slip, the breakup of a salary.

What should be the breakup percentage, as per my understanding the 40% of a salary is HRA, and i guess 800 or 900 sholu be the allowence for 9-12K package. but what sholu be the breakup for higher package?
Can anyone help me for the same its very urgent and important for me, please

Hi,
Rajesh i m also a HR Executive and according to my experience:
salary structure depends on CTC also
HRA-40% of salary
DA, Allowence -Depend on company(Normally 10%)
ESI- deduct those persons whose salary is below than 10,000
PF-normally a person want to deduct min Rs.6500 and if he/she wants to deduct morethan this than they have to fill the form and mentioned the amount.
