The question on "Tell me about yourself" is both an open ended and a tricky question. Let me share what i would expect as an answer for this question. First thing as a fresher i would expect you to start with introduction of yourself, family (Not in detail), Where you persued your education, what you consider your strengths are in relation with the job profile, what you would consider that you would learn from the organisation (This is actually what is our weakness in a different form),conclusion.
