hi shivani, if u are doing MBA then there is no specific need to go for separately for any HR diploma or degree . and if ur MBA is not in HR then u can simply go for an one year diploma in HRM .

There is a weekend prograame frm ICFAI, a PG in T&D, u may have contact classes too.
It can be a good course. ISTD is good, too.
Also, T3 frm any organisation specially GENPACT , OR IBM would be good.
U may apply there and u get to attend the T# free of cost, howwever, later i.e. after the T3(TRAIN-THE-TRAINER) , you would be absorbed as a training resource in the company.
