Please help me , as tommorow is my interview in a very good IT company for the position of Technical Recruiter, so i am looking for what question would they ask ,as i am working as a technical Recruiter in a IT consultancy as i have given interviews in lot of IT company but was not able to clear i dont know the reason for rejection as i was doing my best in interview, i am giving some questions from my side that i have prepared for the interview
Q1 Tell about yourself?
Q2 Tell about your present job ?
Q3 Why are u looking for change? (i am always nervous in this question)
Q4 What are your goals?(what would be a perfect answer for this question)
Q5 What are your strentghs?
Q6 what are your weekness?(why hr ask this question y a person will tell his/her week points, and if tell then he will be traped in his/her answer)?
and please anybody think of some extra Questions apart from these & please reply fast as i have to prepare for that also , please
