respected seniors i have also a problem in my company, an employee got to accident with loss of his two fingers. we have covered him esi but we made him treatment in private hospital for four days. after some days he claim med wages from esi, but esi manager gave him wages only from that day which he was given by esi not from the day of accident.even we have given the med. treatment slip which we have taken from private nurshing home. please help me in understanding this all case.
