Arul Please note that ISO 10015 is a guideline standard. No certificates are issued against this standard. Your company must be implementing ISO 9001:2008.

The role of HR in ISO 9001:2008 is mainly under Clause 6.2.2 Competence, Awareness and training

Under this clause the requirements are:

Defining Competence of personnel performing work affecting conformity to product requirements.

Identify Training Needs of personnel performing work affecting conformity to product requirenents.

Prepare a training plan, arrange to impart training as planned

Verify effectiveness of the training given to personnel after training is given

Another area where HR has to play a key roll is clause 6.4 Work Environment

work environment in an organisation includes tfactors like noise levels, temperature and humidity, illumination ventilition, first aid facilities walfare activities such as canteens etc

The third area is Clause No 5.5.1 under which the responsibilities and authorities of personnel are documented and communicated to the concerned
