Please do let me know what is "Flexi staffing", "Contract Staffing". If a consultancy wants to start contract staffing what is the procedure. How to manage Payroll, tax, time, leaves, all these data. can you help me out in this regard. i am doing sap hr course. i need to understand all these. can you provide you contact details which will make me do my job better.
