Amend our annual medical check up policy for our employees who have crossed 40 years of age
All concerned we would like to amend our annual medical check up policy for our employees who have crossed 40 years of age. as per the present policy we are reimbursing rs. 2000/ for our employees who have crossed 40 year of age which is effective since the year 2002. now since there is drastic change in the prices we would like to revise this amount . would request our hr friends to let me know if there is any list of good hospitals/nursing homes in delhi / ncr region where we can get different packs for medical check ups and secondly what amount should we reimbursement to the employee concerned for annual medical check up who has crossed 40 years of age. i would request the members to share their current policy / experience / knowledge on the same.
Basis for the salary break-ups
Dear fraternity happy vinayaka chathurthi to all. i would like to get the gyan on salary breakups. please bless with the gyan on salary breakups. in my current organisation; we give breakups as follows basic: 40 of the ctc hra: 50 of the basic conveyance: rs. 800/month lta medical: 15000 each/month i observed that not all the organisations follow the same pattern. please let me know what is the basis to the breakup. what breakup is legitimate or legally cumpulsory and what r the best practices adopted over different industries? thank you all.
Dismissal from the service
Due to my unexpected sickness i was on leave for 1.5 months and i had to take rest and treatment as per advice of doctors. in the mean time i had submitted all my medical reports and leave applications in lieu of that and also my leaves were granted for the same against my cl & pl and my salary was made. but after that company has been struck off my name without any prier intimation show cause and without any investigation by saying that you are not submitted the desired documents hence your services has been dismiss and advised deposit the three months notice pay. does company have right to direct terminate the employee without any prier intimation / show cause / any investigation even without notice pay when he was on medical? does company should demand the three month notice pay when as per contract where it is only one month? afterall company not release my bonus etc. which is also more than one month notice pay. please suggest me what will i do jagdish gupta
Absconding without advance intimation
Can u pls tell me what all documents are required from the employee if he is absconding for the period of 3 months without intimation & coming back after 3 months with a medical certificate what actions can be taken against him?

Offer at mnc
Hi i faced the interview with mnc company on 20th nov. i have got the offer on 2nd dec. after that hr told me \"don\'t put your resignation until & unless medical check up\". then after about 45 days they contacted me for medical. i done my medical check up on 16 dec. on 24th dec. hr again contacted me for medical check up status. i told them that i have completed it on so & so date. after that there is no communication. shall i take follow up with them or wait for some time? i am bit confused.
