New provident fund notifications
We were making a payment of maximum pf of rs.6500.00 on the basic salary of rs.8000/.have we to pay rs.960/ per the new amended rules of pf.please advice
Lta rules changed. am i eligible for lta on prorata basis
Hi all i knew this topic has been discussed many a times even though i feel my case is new for this discussion. i am working for a mnc and our hr department changes its lta and bonus rules in february 2015 when one of employee resigned and she asked for the lta and bonus which is part of our salaryctc. bonus and lta is a part of our ctc and have been clearly mentioned in salary breakup. they neither take our approval for the rules changed nor they asked us to sign the copy of amended rules. i have resigned from my current company in second week of the january 2017 and i will be relieved by 31st jan 2017. to claim lta employee has to take leave in between april 2016 march 2017 and have to submit a form with the declaration of journey between in said period with cost detailsno bills required as prrof i have already taken leave for lta in above said periodapril 2016 march 2017. as per the amended ruled it seems that i will not be getting the benefit of lta as to claim lta i have to be in my company till 31st march 2017. but as per my knowledge and understanding they should provide me lta based on prorata basis. i have attached the amended rules copy for your easy reference. please guide me if i am eligible for this and also let me if i can file a lawsuit against my company. thanks & best regards

Dear sir i would like to know what is the exact rules of calculation of leave enchasement either it is in basic salary or gross salary ?. i will be highly gratefull if you can let me know about it. i am little bit confused because i have discussed about it to many of my friends about thier companies policies some of them have told that it is in basicbut some are telling that the rules have been changed now it is calculated in gross also it is a request if it is so you can give me the details of amended rules. thanks aarti
Amended rule 51 of esic (central) rules 1950, esic contribution has been reduced - wef 01st july 2019
Dear all the government of india after consultation with the "employees state insurance corporation" has amended rule 51 of esic central rules 1950 esic contribution has been reduced as mentioned below. the amendment is effective from 01st july 2019. ershare old contribution i.e. 4.75 to new contribution i.e. 3.23 eeshare old contribution i.e. 1.75 to new contribution i.e. 0.75
Maharashtra govt. amended clra rules vide notification dated 01.06.2015
Dear hr fraternity vide notification cla10/2014/cr 264/lab10 dated 01.06.2015 gom amended the rules under clra act 1970. while reading one private circulation today afternoon i came to know about this. i tried to search the said notification at various sources online and offline but in vain. gom official website also has not uploaded this notification. in this site under the head "contract license in 7 days" the notification uploaded is of shops and establishment act wrongly. can anybody trace out this notification and make it available to this forum?
Pf rules and applicability
Dear sir just want some clarification on pf rules and applicability. 1. a company having more than 20 employees has to compulsoryly get a pf number but if the employees basic salary is more than 8100. is it compulsory for the company to pay pf in this case or is it upto the company not to pay pf? 2. if an employee who is new joinee was getting pf deducted with his old employer what are the rules on joining his new company if the company does not pay pf. pls advise. regards nakul
