| What is Resume Analysis- Brand, Grade and Ratio of Utilisation Hello,
Can any one kindly inform me what is Resume Analysis and what is the output after resume analysis is done
One of friends has got an Interview call from one of the banks and they have asked him to get his Resume Analysed, he has already cleared first round of Interview which was a telephonic round with the HR Manager
Can You kindly help with the following terms
Brand
Grade
and Ratio of Utilisation
The above concepts/parameters according to the HR maanager would be derived after the Resume analysis is conducted. I wnat to know what do you mean by the above Jargons
Please help as only after this analysis the next round would be conducted
Please help this is urgent
