Plz find attached herewith the brief of the KS & CE Act which describe Shops Act registration process, forms & fees structure.For more details on the subject you can also go through the site of 'karnatka labour department'. You may also visit the nearest labour office of your area.

Registration has to be deposited in cash or draft. In whose favour the draft has to be prepared

I have posted a question before about the documents and the procedure to get registered under this act, but i did not get any reply to my post, plz help me in this, as i am unable to find the exact process.
my company is into IT services with the strength of 8 people right now, so apart from form A, which other forms we need to submit, also plz tell me what are the documents required...
in whom name the DD is to be made and also where to submit it.i will be highly obliged for the help.
