How to get PF amount

Dear Sir,

Am Bharti working with Everonn systems India Ltd. I joined here on 2/01/2009 and I quit on 30/6/2009. Now I want to know how to get my pf amount. Due to my personal reasons I didnt go to office again and what is the process I have to do for this. Is it necessary to go and get a signature from them or directly I can apply?

Hi Bharti,
If u r working somewhere else u can transfer ur last PF to ur new PF A/c No. For that u have to submit PF transfer form 13 in ur current org.
But if u want to withdraw ur PF u have to submit following 2 forms in ur prev. org.
1. Form 19: Employee's P.F. Scheme 1952
2. Form 10 C Pension: Employee's Pension Scheme 1995
