Economic Downfall Vs. HR Policies
Hi

I feel that HR should play very proactively in this economic downturn.

HR should add on strengthening the available asset (employee) and to give the best to improve the skills of the employee, if failing to perform to standards.

Retaining the employee at its best talent is vital. The other point of focus may be cost reduction. Cost reduction to be without affecting the employee.

I have given my own suggestions, hope it will add to your talent corner.

Dear Shimit

As a HR, one should in this time of recession, should concentrate on increasing Operation efficiency

HR should concentrate more on indirect compensation.

HR should try and release underutilized or un-utilized corporate properties.

These are my suggestions, hope same gives you a lead

Regards
Octavious
