send a complaint letter by registered post to provident commissioner regarding your company and the details of employees mentioning the employees are not covered under provident fund.you have a fit case to win.

asking HR will not solve the problem.

Hi sandhya ..
can u be more descriptive on your view??

To my knowledge
Pf registration is needed to a company having
1. 10 or 10+ (running with /uses power)
2. 20 or more (without power)

power(i mean electricity)

do u have any contradictions in thius regard?

pls explain your concept.. taking my input into consideration.

waiting 4 ur reply.

1. If the strength of employee is less than 20 , company is not bounded to PF registration.

2. You told no PF deduction in salary slip. Then it is clear no registration. Otherwise your firm should deduct 12% from your salary.
