when ur salary comes below 10000/- & when ur establishment is covered under ESIC it bcomes mantatory to the employer to comply with the ESIC and u cant escape from it. and now there r lot facilities under ESIC and even it security to u. only some excempted employees dnt pay ESIC as there wages may be very less as per the govt. rules.
