Very true. One should not be loyal to a company (unless it is a Public Sector Company) but to one's own profession and professionalism.
If one wants to be loyal to a Pvt co., then it should be the kind which STAND BY its employees during imes of crisis; rather than dumping their employees at the first whiff of rumors of impending recession.

Excellent !
It's really true while reading this I felt its the same story of mine,I was loyal to my company in every manner and waited years after years for a better upgradation when they will judge my skills and capability but all in vain.
