| Compensation Benchmarking Dear All,
As mentioned earlier, I have recently joined a new company and have been reviewing the salary structures and comparing them to those of the applicants'. It so seems, that our salary levels are distinctly lower than our competitors. However, I need a detailed compensation benchmarking report to present it to our seniors and soon. I was hoping that some of our HR brethren in Qatar would have come up with something similar and I might be able to use it. Well, in case nobody has yet, I am working on it myself and shall upoad it once finished. Inputs would be highly appreciated.
