I have gone thru your profile.Inititally U may find it bit tough to switch over to corporate.But U can mentioned in your C.V. that you can contribute confidently in the areas like Organizational Development-Activities towards In-House Training for new recruitments,Provide support to Human Resources Deptt. for its man power planning, development programmes according to requirements.
