I am a graduate and have completed my B.Com(H) from Calcutta University in 2008. I want to practice in the field of law with specialization in Income Tax. I am looking for a LLB course, preferrably distance learning if possible, with Bar Council eligibility so that I can practice in any court of Law in India.
Please provide me the details of the following:
1) Whether after graduation can I take up the LLB Course ?
2) If yes, what will be the duration of the course ?
3) Whether it will be a full time course or can I take up a correspondence course ?
4) Also suggest the institutes and colleges offering such courses in India.
Please help me out at the earliest.
