HI All
I worked for a Recruitment firm as an Associate Consultan-HR for more than four months. One fine day I was asked to leave the company and was told that my F&F would be done within 15 days. Now its more than 6 months, I havent received even a single penny. I have been speaking to them and they are kept on procrastinating it by saying "wait for some more days." I am really frustrated with this un-ethical manger and the M.D. Now I just want to lodge a complaint gainst the company. Please let me know where to and how to file a complaint against them.

Hi!!
I am an ex-employee of Global InnovSource .
I resigned on 11-Jun-10 & Last Working Date : 18-Jun-10
But since i have not received my full and final settlement.
I have tried to tell them so many times. But they just say we will give it in two or three days, but now it is going to be more than 4 months. I am really frustrated
Is been 4 months now and the HR people are stll not able to calculate my full and Final amount.
I have communicated with them on mail and i have all records about the same.
What should i do to get my Full and Final amount
Pls suggest.....

Hi Everyone,
As I worked as an System Engineer in an company. I resigned on 02-Dec-2014 & Last Working Date : 06-Dec-2014. As its been more than two months still I haven't got any sort of releval for that. So can any one suggest me is there any provision in terms of legal action which I can take against it. As several time I asked them to concern my request but no response from their side.

Send a registered post letter to your employer to make Fnf settlement immediately. Send a complaint to inspector of the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act since you seemed to have worked in Delhi enclosing copy of letter sent by you and mention delay of days caused by employer. Hope you will get it otherwise come up again.

Dear sir,
I am working in NCC ltd(formerly known as nagarjuna construction company ltd).Here project incharges are tourchoring employees please come to oursites in Lucknow region duty hours here is 13 hours/day and sunday also we are doing duty they are not paying any other extra money .And here project incharges torturing us sexually and physically.Please take it as serious issue.we are not able to tell to thats y email u please come or send labour commissioner otherwise we are ready to suiside here.

Dear Sir/Madam,

According to my appointment letter, clearly mention that the company may at any time after confirmation of my employment; terminate the employment, by giving me one month's prior written notice or payment of one month salary in lieu of notice, in accordance with employment laws. Similarly i may terminate the employment with the company at any time, by giving the company 1 month prior written notice or payment of 1 month basic salary in lieu of notice. I have resigned and served 12 days notice period. I have joined in company on February, 2015. After 4 month, I communicated to hr by mail many time regarding my appointment letter and my confirmation letter, but anybody did not give me reply/answer. In December, 2015, I communicated to HR again regarding the same, after that I received only appointment letter with confirmation. Company did not give me confirmation so I resigned. i served 12 days in favor of company, and leaved the site after clearance. After that company cut my 19 days notice period full payment not a basic. I request to all that please give me suggestion that can i complain to labor court or commissioner regarding the same matter. I have talked to many times to hr but they are not giving me clear answer. Please help me.
