Moral 1: If a well self motivated individual has been given more follow-up or supervision of others ,it will end in less morale and loss of motivation with him.
Moral 2: Many bosses are in the spell of Thinking Big rather than Thinking smart and They are focussed on results rather than
individual's hearts
