Urgent - Specialization in HR from SCDL(Symbiosis - Pune ), is it worth doing ?

Hello Seniors ,

I am Sweta ,BSC graduate , having 3 yrs+ of exp in Recruitment .

Planning to pursue Distance Learning Course In HR from Symbiosis institute - Pune .

Is it worth doing ? Does it really help to fetch a good job ?

Hi Sweta,

If you are having 3 years of experience in Recruitment, then you should go for part time/executive course as Distance learning won't help you much in gaining knowledge. Symbiosis is a good college, but for Full Time courses.
