I am supposed to prepare an Organization chart for a Pharmaceutical Company which has Production, Purchase, Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Maintenance, Safety, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, HR, IT, Stores, Finance & Accounts, R&D, Supply Chain, Production Planning & Control & Regulatory Affairs Department. Organogram Should be in such a way that reporting relationships is very clear and under every Department no. of employees with their designation and their Job Description also to be made.
