I have recently joined an infrastructure compnay. I have been asked to propose a performance management system for the company. The strength here is about 250 employees & 80% of them are either uneucated or semi-literate. What kind of appraisal system can be used here.
please Help me out.

If you give me some idea about your organisation like your staff, nature of work,years of experience.....etc. i will able to help you for the same.
