Job value of pgdhrm from symbiosis

Hi frnds,
I am new to this forum and found to be very helpful.

I am planning to pursue pgdhrm from symbiosis...i want to know the market or job value of this course..

I have 3 yrs of work experince in Textiles field as a merchandiser.
Also can i get ajob in HR with a good pay scale after doing this course?

Awaiting quick replies from the folks who have done pgdhrm from symbiosis as i need to make a qucik decision for the enrolment as the admissions have already started.

Ur help is deeply appreciated.

Hi Neha,

Just by doing an course no one will get a good job.

first build a good resume by getting over all good
expereince in the feild of HR.

IF you have a good experience,presentation,ability
to move ahead , risk bearing capacity & love for
the HR field then you do any small/big/regular/
correspondance courses all and everything what ever
you learn will add value to your resume.
Dont mind i am saying this but i have seen people
who have done courses like PGDBA-HR from symbiosis
but they totally lack performance.
