Hi, I have worked for 4 years 10 months 3 days in a company. Will i be eligible for Gratuity. If yes can any one send me the rule as per the act confirming the same. Regards Murty

sorry to say but you are not eligible for the same as gratuity is applicable to those only who has completed a tenure of 5 years or more....

for details First finalise that which the appropriate Govt. for your Company & then go through the respective Central Or State Govt. Rules for claiming the Gratuity amount before the Controlling Authority under The Paymant of Gratuity Act,1972.
