Is there any Central Act for Shops and Establishments. We know that different states have different Shops and Establishment Act, but is there any central Act? If yes, please confirm the name and date of the Act. (eg: Employees' State Insurance Act 1948). It's very urgent.

How to get resumes without having portals and contacting other consultants.
Can any body specify some resume portals where we can access the contact details of the candidate?
