Hello everybody. i m working on a project "benchmarking hr practices". the practices taken into consideration are recruitment training performance appraisal and rewards & recognition. i have collected responses from 6 telecom companies. i m nt able to understand how to analyse it. cn anybdy help me out in this its very urgent.

Dear all we are a top consumer duarbles mnc we want to benchmark our perfromance management system with other organisations across different industries. can you all suggest some companies in ncr which have good performance management system. we are in the process of refining our pms system recently we moved from yearly evaluation to quarterly evaluation. we would like to benchmark ourselves with different industries and learn from their experiences. currently we are using kpis/objectives based evaluation system. the evaluation is done through an online system. recently we have designed a system for quarterly evaluation to make it more objective evaluation. apart from this we would be happy to share our other practices which are one of the best and innovative hr practices. i would appreciate if you can share names of few organisations with good pm practices or you want to benchmark with your own organisation please let me know. please mail me on mohit019gmail.com"mohit019gmail.com regards mohit juneja
Evaluation techniques after training - some good measures to effectively measure the aftereffect of a training
I am a student i am to do my summers project in an it firm and i have opted for the evaluation techniques after training as my project topic companies spend huge amt of money time and energy to conduct training but there is no effective evaluation technique to find whether the training was successful all that is done is a feedback form so i thought if i can come up with some good measures to effectively measure the aftereffect of training it would be useful...what is ur opinion and do u know any such practices after training in any organizations.
