TRAINING EVALUATION PRACTICES benchmarking
hi frnds.....

I am a new member on citehr.........and am working on a project on " TRAINING EVALUATION PRACTICES benchmarking" as part of my summers........the objective of this project is to find commonly used training evaluation methods used by the organisations in India
therefore i am attaching a questionnaire for the same.
I wud be greatful if some of you could spend few minutes from your busy schedule to fill this questionnaire..........

I am also lookin for few comments on how could I improve the questionnaire. It would be of great help.

thanx!

Hello Kamal,
I appreciate your attitude. Unlike a number of bloggers you have given enough details and also put in some effort to prepare a draft questionaire for piloting. I will give my comments by end of the day.

Have a nice day.

I am also looking forward for more replies.............
and i also think questionnaire prepared by me will not facilitate those who would like to fill it. Therefore, m attaching a simplified questionnaire.......Hope this would help you all!
