Dear Sir,
My company has just instructed me to resign from the services without doing any late. Since I m a Regional Head of Bihar and Jhakhand of the company so I have a due of RS 92,000 as a part of my conveyance and other expenses from last 3 months. I spoke to them to release it first.
But they are saying that the expenses and salary will go on hold and will come with the settlement. Does this happen as per law ?
Could you please guide me in this circumstance as I have not given the notice of resignation even.
Regards
Deepak

Being the Regional Head of an establishment you may have to wait for full and final settlement. Had you been a workman you should have been settled immediately.
