Hi Priya
First tell me what tool did u use for data collection. is it an standardized tool or you prepare it by your own? if you prepared it then first you have calculate the reliability and validity of the tool just to avoid wrong results.
If you have used 5 point likert scale then only you have to do is to calculate the mean value of each dimension and interpretate it

Hello Priya,
If you post the instrument and your hypothes for the study, it will help us to guide you. If you are a student undertaking the project, I wonder what is the role of your academic guide/advisor?
If you can't post the material due to the organisation's limitations (confidentiality), drop me a private message giving details of your course and where you are studying, etc. Have you got your data tabulated on SPSS using respondents along the rows and questions or elements of instruments at the top? If you send that as an attachment, may be I could guide you.
Dilshad is quite right. You need to check the instrument for reliability and validity.

Hello Priya,
It's not enough just to send the excel sheet. Have you got SPSS? Have you to use SPSS or are you allowed to do analysis using Excel?
You need to label the column heading too; otherwise, I would not know what they stand for, as you have not attached the questionnaire.
You can also code the others; for example 1 = male, 2 = female, etc.
When you have done that please drop me a private message and I will give you my email ID.

sir,
I have the spss. And i have to do analysis in spss only as spss file can't be attached here i copied the things in excel file. I have already coded the categories like age, gender, service etc. And sorry i couldn't attach the questionnaire here as it customised to the company including its name and policies. i have written the scale in the excel sheet after the data.
thank you very much for ur help.

Dear Priya,
What do you like to present in your report is important to use any tool in SPSS.

But most of the readers interested in -

1. Factors contributed to EEng. - their overall rating in the organisation.
2. Factors contributed to EEng. - their overall rating among diff. dept/functions/types of staff or among male staff and women staff.
3. Your valuable findings & Suggestions.

Thanks
