Hello all i have one query regarding provident fund deduction as per rule of provident fund contribution is from both side 12 from employee & employer that will on basic salary ri8. is there any rule that employeer can deducted both amount from employee salary. as i m working in one of it software pvt ltd company as hr we has to start to deduct provident fund but boss it telling that employee & employer contribution both will be deduct from employees salary.so please any one help me to know the rules of provident funds. thanks himani

Hello everybody i am priyanka and living in pune wanted to ask that can provident fund employers contribution be deducted from the ctc of the employee ? because i feel that if company does that so in dat case an employee is paying twice for the provident fund from his own salary. plz suggest. thanks
How to know the employer's contribution of provident fund
Dear sir how do i know that whether the employer is contributing equal share of provident fund? because many of my collegues were telling that only 30 was contributed by the employer. my monthly provident fund deduction was rs. 702/ and also i would like to know is there any other way where i can withdraw the pf amount without the signature of the employer? thanks in advance.
Employee already member of pf - employer is liable to pay contribution?
Dear seniors i have a few queries which are as follow : q1. an employee who is drawing basic salary of rs 6501 or above and he has become a member of provident fund by his/her own wish as we all know it is not mandatory for such employees to become a member of pf so please tell me is the employer is liable to pay contribution in respect of these kind of employees? if no then why? also tell example of some establishment where such policies are being practiced. q2. under employees provident fund and miscellaneous provisions act 1952 we have three funds i.e. provident fund pension fund and deposit linked insurance fund. tell me how much contribution are deposited in these funds from employee and employer side. plz tell me the detail break up of employee and employer 12 contribution thanx sonu_xiss
