This software application aims at facilitating and smoothening the interview procedure. With the help of this product you can conduct interview at remote locations just by sitting in your office or conduct the preliminary round. This is a Web based application and the company saves on Installation cost.

Please find the details beow:

1). lets you set a video based interview for the selected candidates across the world with customized questions without having to worry about the distance, time zones or even a common scheduled time for taking interviews.

2). Candidates take the interview at their free time in a near real interview setting and give you impromptu answers rather than prepared and researched responses.

3).You then get to watch and rate the interviews on your screen, off line at your convenience, not one candidate at a time but all candidates side by side.

4). While you have hired the right candidate, you didnt have to travel,face traffic,or hotel issues, which will help REDUCE COST significantly.

5). Above all , the Employer can set a STANDARDISED INTERVIEW PROCEDURE which actually lays the platform to hire the right fit.

6). The Line Manager no longer need to spend numerous hours interviewing the candiates. This time could be productively utilised resulting in higher effecieny of the Line Manager while the recorded interview could be reviewed later.

7). Incase there is an Interview Pannel, then the same file could be viewed by the pannel and candidates can be rated.
