Hi All,
I am working in a small company nearly 40 employees.Iam nearly 2+yrs experience in HR field and here Iam the only person taking care of HR activities.Here the company has taken a group insurance for their employees.But some employees are not aware of this.So inorder to make them aware my manager told me to make a circular regarding the same and issue it to everybody.And he gave me the file.I dint understand much after reading that file.So what do I do?how will i create a circular?Can anybody help me on this?or can anybody prepare a circular on this and send it to me?

Hi Soumia,
You can contact to the person from whom your company had done the group insurance. Ask him about the Benefits & term & conditions to apply for rembirusment.. etc etc.. then accordingly you can prepare a circular .
