Need help on recruitment
Hi

I have recently joined a company as HR executive. We are looking out for Male Secretary / Executive assistant (salary 1.2 - 1.5 lacs p.a.)

I tried looking out for candidates on job portals and even from few placements but there are very few male candidates and salary expectation is too quiet on higher side.

Can u all pls suggest me some placements or any other source which will b useful.

regards
Sandy

Hi, Everyone

I am a HR Executive in IT company, We always have requirement of Software Programmers & Web designers, and many other requirements,
I was using Naukri .com for data before 2 months, but Cvs which i got were very bad, I got very bad feedback about CVs from my Technical Person.
Then I started going to consultants , but our budget was going very high , they charge so much.
Can you plz tell me what to do in this case? I need opinions from all of you, please help me .

I need some advice in case of recruitment . Recruitment is very important process and I am not able to prove myself as a good HR , I feel bad for myself .

Re: Need help on recruitment
We have to accept the fact that it is difficult to find talent these days.i.e. they either may not like to relocate or have become rare commodity.

My suggestion:

1. For Steno/ secretary please contact local type-writing training institute [called commercial institutes in some places] and go for " Lower passed-apearing- for-higher " candidates.
2. You can go for internal references. ask you employees to refer their relatives/friends etc. [if you do not have a policy against the same]
3. If you are looking for freshers, then go for campus recruitment. You can also try internal references.
